01

Service scope

The Community Matchday Feed is a managed digital delivery service for supported football match moments and competition context. One verified payment creates one entitlement that may bind to no more than one customer-owned Telegram channel.

Delivery is limited to the competition scope, event types, message configuration, and service period shown in the order review. Unless expressly included, the service does not cover multiple channels, all football competitions, betting content, odds, predictions, custom moderation, WhatsApp, Discord, or resale.

02

When the thirty-day clock starts

The current service period begins at the timestamp when LiveFixture verifies the Paystack payment against the expected reference, status, amount, and currency. It ends thirty consecutive days later.

The clock does not wait for the buyer to open the activation email, redeem a claim, add the bot, grant permission, or complete the test post. Customer-caused activation delay does not pause or extend the period. A future offer may use a different start rule only if the order review and recorded policy version say so.

03

Activation requirements

01Verified order

Server-side payment truth creates the entitlement and a public-safe order status.

02Single-use claim

An expiring claim connects the verified order to the authorized operator.

03Channel control

The operator must own or administer the selected channel. One live entitlement may bind to only one eligible channel.

04Bot permission

The LiveFixture bot must be present and allowed to publish channel posts. We do not require your Telegram password or login code.

05Test delivery

A clearly marked test message must succeed before the channel becomes active.

An expired or reused claim, mismatched authority, duplicate live channel binding, missing permission, or failed test stops activation safely and routes the operator to support.

04

What delivery means

For supported moments, LiveFixture receives an event, normalizes and verifies its state, applies available competition context, prepares the approved channel message, attempts delivery, and records the outcome.

Delivery does not mean that every football event is guaranteed or that every message will arrive instantly. Source data may be late, corrected, duplicated, or unavailable. Telegram, hosting, network, and other third-party services may also delay or reject a post. LiveFixture may suppress an event when publishing it would be unsupported, unsafe, duplicated, or misleading.

A delivery attempt is successful when Telegram accepts the post for the bound channel. LiveFixture does not control how Telegram subsequently displays, caches, forwards, or notifies individual subscribers.

05

Operational evidence and customer control

LiveFixture records the binding state, permission checks, activation state, test result, delivery status, timing, and limited error evidence needed for support and audit. Channel identifiers are restricted from ordinary public responses and aggregate logs.

You remain the owner or administrator of the Telegram channel and may remove the bot or revoke permission at any time. Doing so stops delivery but does not automatically cancel, pause, refund, or extend the paid service period.

06

Failed, delayed, paused, or ended delivery

  • Activation failure: review the stated check, correct channel authority or permission, then retry through the approved activation route.
  • Single-message failure: LiveFixture records the outcome and may retry where safe and supported. A retry is not guaranteed where the event is stale or the channel rejects it.
  • Service incident: LiveFixture may pause delivery to prevent duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or insecure posting.
  • Refund or dispute: delivery may be suspended immediately while payment status is unresolved.
  • Expiry: delivery stops when the thirty-day entitlement ends. There is no automatic renewal.

Report a material failure through support with the order reference, approximate time, expected event, and observed result. Do not send credentials. Remedies are assessed under the Refund Policy, the Terms, and applicable law.
