The commercial promise

- One customer-owned Telegram channel. The buyer must be able to authorize the channel.
- Thirty consecutive days. The current service clock begins when payment is verified, not when channel setup finishes.
- Server verification controls access. A Paystack screen or browser return alone never activates service.

Agreement and supplier identity
By using the website or submitting a paid order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into the order review. If you submit an order for an organization or football community, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
The contracting supplier is the legal person identified in the order review and purchase receipt. Do not complete payment if the supplier name, business address, contact details, total price, currency, service period, or refund terms are missing or incorrect.
LiveFixture is an independent service and is not affiliated with FIFA, tournament organizers, teams, venues, broadcasters, betting platforms, Telegram, Paystack, or sports data providers.
The paid service contract
The Community Matchday Feed is a managed digital service that prepares supported football match events and competition context for delivery into one customer-owned Telegram channel.
Included
- One entitlement linked to one verified payment.
- Binding to no more than one eligible Telegram channel.
- Thirty consecutive days of service from the verified payment timestamp.
- Supported match-event processing, approved message formatting, delivery attempts, and service support.
Not included
- Multiple channels, WhatsApp, Discord, resale, or white-label redistribution.
- Betting, wagering, odds, financial advice, or guaranteed predictions.
- Guaranteed coverage of every fixture, event type, competition, or provider correction.
- Automatic renewal or continued delivery after the paid period ends.

Eligibility and channel authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide an email address you control and accurate information needed to process the order and provide support.
You may connect only a Telegram channel that you own or administer. You must be authorized to add the LiveFixture bot, grant the minimum publishing permission, and permit a clearly marked test post. You must not submit another person's channel or credentials.
Order formation and payment
The published price is US$79.00, charged once in United States dollars. Unless the order review expressly says otherwise, there is no discount, trial, tax added by LiveFixture, subscription, or automatic renewal.
LiveFixture creates the order using the email and policy acceptances you submit. Paystack hosts the payment step. LiveFixture does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
An order becomes paid only after LiveFixture receives and verifies the payment through its server-side payment process, including the reference, status, amount, and currency. A checkout page, email screenshot, or return to this website is not sufficient proof of entitlement.
You will have an opportunity to review and correct your email and accept or decline the agreement immediately before payment. Keep the receipt and order reference. They are the fastest way for support to locate the transaction.
Service start, activation, and expiry
The current thirty-day period begins at the verified payment timestamp. Channel activation may happen after that timestamp, so delay caused by missing administrator access, missing bot permission, an expired claim, or customer inaction does not pause or extend the service period.
Activation requires a valid claim, proof of channel control, the required bot permission, and a successful test delivery. LiveFixture may refuse or stop activation where these checks fail, the channel is already bound to another live entitlement, or the request presents a security or abuse risk.
The entitlement ends automatically after thirty days. Continued service requires a new offer and a new payment. See the Refund Policy if a material LiveFixture failure prevents activation or delivery.
Availability and third-party dependencies
LiveFixture depends on hosting, internet connectivity, sports data sources, Telegram, and payment services. Football events may be corrected, delayed, suspended, abandoned, or reported inconsistently. We use controls designed to verify and deduplicate supported events, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, instant delivery, or complete coverage.
We may perform maintenance, change a provider, modify a message format, or temporarily pause delivery to protect customers or system integrity. Where reasonably possible, we will communicate a material service interruption and the available remedy.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for your channel, audience, Telegram permissions, and the lawfulness of your use. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, test stolen payment methods, scrape restricted systems, reverse engineer protected components, resell the feed, impersonate another person, or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity.
You retain responsibility for any community name, logo, tone, or content you supply. You grant LiveFixture a limited permission to use those materials only to configure and deliver your purchased service.
Suspension, refunds, disputes, and termination
LiveFixture may suspend delivery while a refund, charge dispute, suspected fraud, security incident, or channel-authority problem is reviewed. A processed full refund or a lost payment dispute revokes the related entitlement. A resolved dispute in LiveFixture's favor may restore only the remaining original service period and does not create a new thirty-day period.
You may remove the bot or revoke its permission at any time. Doing so stops delivery but does not automatically cancel, pause, or extend the paid period. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Intellectual property, liability, and governing law
LiveFixture and its original software, interfaces, branding, message systems, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Football facts are not claimed as proprietary merely because they appear in the service.
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveFixture is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party outages or inaccurate source data outside its reasonable control, or loss caused by your failure to maintain channel access and permissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before beginning formal proceedings, contact [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Changes, notices, and contact
Each paid order records the policy versions accepted at checkout. A later policy update does not silently replace the terms recorded for an existing order unless required by law or expressly agreed. Material changes will receive a new effective date.
